Rachel holds a BA from The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University and has over 12 years of office and managerial experience. That will certainly help us, but ask her what’s at the top of her resume and she’ll tell you this: her kids. Her job as a caregiver is listed proudly there. Because taking care of children is more than a labor of love, it's a huge responsibility. It also requires a very wide skill set to do it successfully: greeting, negotiating, scheduling, anticipating, engaging, assessing, manipulating, executing, creating, researching, maintaining, developing, prioritizing. And those are just a few of the things that she brings to our brokerage, her adopted children :), now.
